M. David Johnson

Joshua C. Sauer
Mr. Sauer joined Johnson Legal Group, LLC as an associate in January of 2005. Since then, he has worked on many personal injury cases, helping wrongfully injured clients obtain the compensation owed to them by insurance companies.
Mr. Sauer was born in Fort Collins and raised in Loveland, Colorado. He attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with Honor. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado in Boulder. In law school, he was one of 12 finalists in the law school's Rothgerber moot court competition.
Jason A. Freeman
Mr. Freeman joined the Johnson Legal Group, LLC as an associate in February of 2008. Having gained his law degree in May 2007 and passing that summer's Colorado bar exam with multi-state scores in the upper percentiles, Mr. Freeman brings a fresh look at legal issues to the table.
Beginning his legal career in Detroit, Michigan, where he attended Wayne State University School of Law, Mr. Freeman took advantage of the real-world, hands-on experience pursuing a legal education in Detroit had to offer. Through his internship in the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, he had the opportunity to conduct preliminary exams, binding-over 100% of the exams he tried on to trial.
David L. Donnelly
Mr. Donnelly joined the Johnson Legal Group in early May 2008 as an associate attorney. Mr. Donnelly's first experiences with family law occurred while he lived and worked for a short time in the former Yugoslavia where he worked closely with war victims and helped rebuild their lives though compassion, attention to detail and his expertise with the law. After completing a rigorous legal academic program at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Mr. Donnelly began his career as an attorney at a small Denver area law firm where he fought for his client's rights.
While experienced in corporate law, employment law and environmental law, he has focused much of his career on helping families through hard times. He understands the diverse difficulties that families face and makes it his top priority to counsel and advise his clients while helping people make educated, informed and healthy decisions.
John F. Hedrick
Mr. Hedrick joined Johnson Sauer Legal Group, LLC as an associate attorney in July 2008, with over five years of legal experience in Denver metro area, focusing primarily on family law. He has worked on several family law matters, advocating and litigating what is important to his clients.
Mr. Hedrick was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honor in Political Science and Philosophy. Mr. Hedrick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Strum College of Law.
